Design Inspiration • A one-of-a-kind structural artifact.
Ember Whisper No.01 studies the relationship between a natural mineral core and a handcrafted metal boundary. The design does not attempt to regularize the stone. Instead, the gold structure follows the irregular contour of the Carnelian, creating a transition between geological form and human-made geometry. The open frame allows the gemstone surface to remain visible, while maintaining structural support through a controlled metal enclosure. It is not a collection, but an archived experiment.

Product Story
This piece exists as a single recorded experiment. The primary technical challenge is maintaining equilibrium between irregular gemstone geometry, open-frame metal construction, and lightweight wearing structure. The metal is adjusted around the individual stone rather than produced from a fixed standardized mold. The Carnelian determines the final structural direction. The textured brushed gold surface reduces excessive reflection and emphasizes handcrafted formation. Each Carnelian contains unique internal conditions. No two stones create the same final structure.
